Owner response
Whilst working on my own this morning. And preparing a large order for a number of customers at the same time. I suffered some technical issues that left me unable to serve anyone else until I could resolve the issues. I apologise if I seemed abrupt. But my priority was to resolve the issues in order ro continue trading. Very frustrating. It's such a shame that some people are unwilling or unable to be patient or understanding in these circumstances. However. The majority of my customers are great. Patient and understanding. Thank goodness.
